In Store Purchases:

Items purchased at Milton Village Hardware can be returned within 30 days of original purchase for full refund in original form of payment or store credit (customer’s choice). Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging and supplied with its original sales receipt. Sales items(s) purchased at discount or on clearance are final and are nonreturnable.

Online Purchases

Return items that were purchased on www.MiltonVillageHardware.com will need an RMA #. Please fill out the form below to obtain the RMA #. Returns of online sales follow the same policy listed above. Return postage to be paid by customer unless the item was received damaged. Please note, if the order originally shipped free the shipping costs from that order will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that sales are final on all Arborist Helmets with custom installed communication as these helmets are customized to the customer’s order.
